Presenter Information

Talks

Oral presentations will be 15 minutes, plus 3 minutes questions. Keynote talks will be 25 min plus 3 min questions.

Presentation format is widescreen (33.87 x 19.05 cm). Please use the Presentation Template, as your first page of the presentation and replace relevant logos with your own. Please leave the PPS conference logo.

A session rooms will have a designated computer, and presenters must use the provided system.

Please load your presentation in the assigned room during one of the breaks before your session begins.

Bring your presentation on a USB drive for easy transfer. A student volunteer will be available to assist.

Important Note: The conference venue lectern computers do not support presenter view. Please bring any notes you may need in printed form.

Photocopying/Printing: There are printers on site that can only be accessed by our staff members. Please ask one of the staff members at Registration Desk for assistance. Please be mindful of your printing – opt for sustainability and save our trees!

Posters

The poster session will be held on the first day of the conference (22nd April) during the welcoming function. Please click here to download the full list of accepted poster presentations.

Poster Boards are available for set up from 21 April 12:00pm and all day on 22 April at Level 1 of the conference venue, with the assigned paper number.

Authors should use the allocated poster board spot within the poster area. Once you’ve found your spot, please use the provided Velcro stickers to display your poster on the board. The stickers can be collected from the registration desk. If you have any questions, the staff at the registration desk will be happy to assist.

All posters are required to be set up in place by the end of sessions on 22 April 2025 and removed before the last session of the conference on 25 April 2025.

Please use the Poster Template to prepare your poster, you can replace the logos with that of your own institution, but please leave the PPS logo visible. Make sure your names and affiliations are correct.

Portrait format:

A1 size – 594 width x 841 length mm

or

A0 size – 841 width x 1189 length mm. (33.1 x 46.8 inches)

Authors could have their posters printed locally, but at their own cost and arrangement.
